Product Description

GAIN STRENGTH Eastongate's squat wedges elevate your heels when strength training, allowing additional muscle fiber recruitment during each repetition.

Over time this will lead to greater increases in muscle strength and tone.

MULTIPLE HEIGHTS FOR MULTIPLE EXERCISES The squat wedges can adjust to three different heights.

Having multiple heights to choose from helps you to find the height that promotes your ideal squatting depth and allows the wedges to be used for lunges, calf raises, deadlifts, push-ups, and stretches.

A maximum height of 3.3 inches allows for greater squat and lunge depth when compared to similar products.

STABLE AND SECURE Put your mind at ease when exercising using Eastongate's squat wedges, which are made from firm, non-slip rubber that provides you with a supportive and safe exercise surface.

BUILT TO LAST Eastongate's squat wedges are made from a dense rubber that can withstand thousands of exercise sessions and the wear and tear of travel to and from the gym.

COOLING TOWEL INCLUDED A cooling towel is included to help you complete an ideal workout session.

Just soak in water and wring out three to five times to use the towel.

The towel's unique cooling system uses moisture to draw sweat away from your skin to keep you cool.
