The anchor system is modular which allows you to design your personal studio one bar at a time.

Start small and create a multi-functional circuit training studio that allows you to have individual anchor bars for specific exercises.

No changing bands or gear.

One anchor bar can be for lat pulls, another for biceps curls another for triceps extensions another for upright pulls and another for woodchops.
